Living: The living room features a new 86” smart TV with cable and all the popular streaming apps. Sit down and indulge yourself on the genuine leather sofa plus additional seating for 5. Five Bedrooms (One bedroom on the first floor). First floor primary suite features a Queen-sized bed, smart TV, closet and private, ensuite bathroom with shower. (Sleeps 2) Upstairs primary suite features a king-sized bed, impressive views of the lake from the sliding doors and private balcony, ceiling fan, and smart TV. The spa like ensuite bathroom features a soaking tub, a separate shower, two vanity sinks, and a makeup vanity. (Sleeps 2) Bedroom #3 features a king-sized bed, ceiling fan, smart TV, closet and private, ensuite bathroom with bathtub/shower combo. (Sleeps 2) Bedroom #4 features a queen-sized bed, ceiling fan, smart TV, closet and private, ensuite bathroom with shower. (Sleeps 2) Bedroom #5 features a kid's atmosphere with bunkbeds. Fully equipped laundry with washer, dryer, ironing board, and iron. The pool also operates as a spa with jets, and heating is complimentary. PARKING: Two parking spaces are available in the driveway. If you will be bringing more than 2 cars, please confirm with the host prior to your arrival as overnight street parking is prohibited by the HOA, and passes are based on limited availability. HOUSE RULES: -The primary guest must be 25 years of age or older to rent and must provide a government issued ID upon booking confirmation. -Looking for responsible & respectful guests. This is not a party house. If you are looking to party, book somewhere else. -Check-in time is 4:00 PM. -Check-out time is 10:00 AM. -Quiet time is from 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM. Absolutely no music is to be played outside after 10:00 PM. -Only the people on the vacation rental agreement at the time of booking are allowed at the property. To invite others is a violation of the vacation rental agreement and private home rental ordinance, and you will be required to leave in addition to being charged a violation fee of $1000. -Absolutely, no parties are allowed. -No smoking or vaping inside the house. An additional $250 cleaning fee will be imposed for any violations. -Absolutely no pets are allowed due to host allergies. An additional $400 cleaning fee will be imposed for violations. -Complimentary pool & spa heating. Pool / Spa hours are 8 AM - 10 PM. -No glass is permitted outdoors near the pool or spa. -It is the responsible guest's obligation to ensure the safety of everyone on the property and, most notably, around the pool and jacuzzi at all times. -All vehicles must park in the driveway; maximum of two vehicles. There is no overnight street parking allowed by the HOA. -There are multiple security cameras on the exterior of the property that record audio & activity when there is motion. *By booking this stay, all guests release the owner and management company of the property from all liability for the unintentional exposure or harm due to COVID-19. LIABILITY WAIVER: You understand that swimming is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved with swimming. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming and hold the owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers that swimming may present to children who are not carefully supervised. Renter shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless the property owner, its respective affiliates and partners from and against all demands, suits, judgments, settlements, claims, damages to persons and/or property, fines, liens, losses, and other liabilities, including attorneys' fees arising out of or in any way related to your stay in our property and its surrounding land including claims for loss or damage to any property or for death or injury to any individual.
