Commercial filming and photography requires prior consent and a location fee does apply. No amplified noise of any kind outdoors. No use of spa/pool past 10pm. Due to noise ordinance, guests need to be inside the property from the hours of 10pm and 8am (No use of any outdoor amenities during these hours) Due to light ordinance in Joshua Tree, all exterior lights need to be turned off when not outside. No Pets Allowed

Neighborhood

We are in North Joshua Tree which is a 4 minute drive to The Joshua Tree Village. This is the more private area of Joshua Tree. All of the neighbors are spread out much more than the downtown area, so if you are looking for a property with privacy for you and your friends, ours is ideal. Stargazing is also much better here compared to downtown since there is less light pollution.

Guest access

You will have full, private access to the entire compound and our amenities during your stay. You'll be left alone unless you need help. We have a local manager available to help if anything comes up.

This place is amazing. It has everything you need for a weekend away. The fun stuff speaks for itself in the pictures and reviews. We went with elementary and middle school aged kids and they said were in awe as soon as we arrived and they had a chance to explore. The kitchen is well furnished, coffee maker with ground coffee, creamer, sugar, tea provided. Plenty of towels, a washer and dryer if you need or want to do laundry while there. Everything was clean and in working order as described. We would 100% stay here again!

We enjoyed our time at the JT Playhouse. The location was peaceful and easy to find. There were so many activities there, I personally fell in love with the theater. I wish we could have stayed longer to watch more movies. They really put a lot of thought into the space. I highly recommend it and look forward to staying again in the future. The hosts were also kind and responsive. Thank you for allowing us to stay.

Find us

Our guests arrive by car and need a car for the duration of their stay. The closest airport is Palm Springs International (PSP). We are off of a small section of dirt road, and our driveway is gravel. We would recommend bringing a truck or SUV to ensure you don't have any issues when traveling around the area as there are a lot of experiences off long dirt/sand roads. + 4 Minute drive to the Joshua Tree Village + 13 Minute drive to the Joshua Tree National Park West Entrance (Joshua Tree) + 27 Minute drive to the Joshua Tree National Park North Entrance (29 Palms) + 24 Minute drive to Pioneertown + 50 Minute drive to Palm Springs
