Welcome to The Tee on the Lake in Terra Lago, Indio! Kitchen and Dining: Step foot into a spacious gourmet kitchen with all the amenities except the chef. The fully equipped kitchen features new stainless-steel appliances, quartz countertops, a custom backsplash, coffee bar, and an island that seats five. The circular dining table seats six people. Living: The living room features a new 86” smart TV with cable and all the popular streaming apps. Bedrooms: Five Bedrooms (One bedroom on the main floor). First floor primary suite features a queen-sized bed, smart TV, ceiling fan, closet and private, ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. (Sleeps 2) Upstairs primary suite features a king-sized bed, impressive views of the lake from the sliding doors and private balcony, ceiling fan, and smart TV. The spa like ensuite bathroom features a soaking tub, a separate shower, two vanity sinks, and a makeup vanity. (Sleeps 2) Bedroom #3 features a king-sized bed, ceiling fan, smart TV, closet and private, ensuite bathroom with bathtub/shower combo. (Sleeps 2) Bedroom #4 features a king-sized bed, ceiling fan, smart TV, closet, and private, ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. (Sleeps 2) Bedroom #5 is a private room off the primary bedroom and features a bunkbed with two queen-size beds. (Sleeps up to 4) Other Amenities: Enjoy high-speed wireless internet, high-quality linens, bath and pool towels plus complimentary shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap. Fully equipped laundry with washer, dryer, ironing board, and iron. The pool also operates as a spa with jets, and heating is complimentary. PARKING: Two parking spaces are available in the driveway. If you will be bringing more than 2 cars, please confirm with the host prior to your arrival as overnight street parking is prohibited by the HOA, and passes are based on limited availability. HOUSE RULES: -The primary guest must be 25 years of age or older to rent and must provide a government issued ID upon booking confirmation. -Looking for responsible & respectful guests. This is not a party house. If you are looking to party, book somewhere else. -Check-in time is 4:00 PM. -Check-out time is 10:00 AM. -Quiet time is from 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM. Absolutely no music is to be played outside after 10:00 PM. -Only the people on the vacation rental agreement at the time of booking are allowed at the property. To invite others is a violation of the vacation rental agreement and private home rental ordinance, and you will be required to leave in addition to being charged a violation fee of $1000. -Absolutely, no parties are allowed. -No smoking or vaping inside the house. An additional $250 cleaning fee will be imposed for any violations. -Absolutely no pets are allowed due to host allergies. An additional $400 cleaning fee will be imposed for violations. -Complimentary pool & spa heating are included. -Pool / Spa hours are 8 AM - 9 PM, Sunday - Thursday and 8 AM - 10 PM on Friday and Saturday per tue City of Indio quiet hours. -Co-host are available from 8 AM - 10 PM via the booking channel app. -No glass is permitted outdoors near the pool or spa. -Co-host are available from 8 AM - 10 PM via the booking channel app. -It is the responsible guest's obligation to ensure the safety of everyone on the property and, most notably, around the pool and spa at all times. -All vehicles must park in the driveway; maximum of two vehicles. There is no overnight street parking allowed by the HOA. - The lake is a no contact lake. Swimming and fishing are prohibited by the HOA. -There are multiple security cameras on the exterior of the property that record audio & activity when there is motion. *By booking this stay, all guests release the owner and management company of the property from all liability for the unintentional exposure or harm due to COVID-19. LIABILITY WAIVER: You understand that swimming is at your own risk and that special risks may be involved with swimming. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from swimming and hold the owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers that swimming may present to children who are not carefully supervised. Renter shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless the property owner, its respective affiliates and partners from and against all demands, suits, judgments, settlements, claims, damages to persons and/or property, fines, liens, losses, and other liabilities, including attorneys' fees arising out of or in any way related to your stay in our property and its surrounding land including claims for loss or damage to any property or for death or injury to any individual. All the homes are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises or their facilities. The homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. If you leave any items behind, we will not be responsible for the item(s), and we will not be responsible for shipping them to you. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to the property.
